The Blind Man and the Giant

One day a blind man was walking in a city park when he heard the footsteps of a giant in front of him. "Kneel down and let me feel your face," the blind man said.

The giant dropped to one knee and leaned over, and the blind man caressed the giant's face. "Why, you have twenty eyes and I am blind," the blind man said. "If you are a good giant, you will give me two of your eyes."

The giant plucked two eyes out of his skull and gave them to the blind man, who was now able to see again. The blind man thanked the giant and happily went on his way. The giant began walking, but without all of his eyes he couldn't keep his balance, and he fell down and destroyed the park.
