The Cloud
One bright summer day,
in the city of Medlin, citizens of every age absorbed the splendor
of a festival. Jazz music flowed through the streets as people
browsed through the arts and crafts, greeted neighbors with bubble
gum grins, and tasted the delicacies on display, including caramel
apples, giant bags of kettle corn, frosted mini-cakes, and fresh
strawberries.
In the distance a large
cumulous cloud floated in the sky, watching all the charms of
the festival, and soon it decided to join the fun. But when the
cloud glided down to the earth, and settled in every nook and
cranny of the streets, the citizens became immersed in a dense
fog, unable to see a foot in front of them. Their beautiful day
was ruined.
