The
Farmer and the Wagon
Every
Saturday morning a farmer loaded up his wagon with as many fruits
and vegetables as it could hold, and traveled to the market.
Despite being treated well, the wagon became tired of carrying
all the goods week after week. One Saturday the wagon said, "You
don't need to go to the market today. You have done well lately.
Save some for yourself and give some to your neighbors."
"Perhaps
you're right, my friend" said the farmer, "but I know
you are only thinking of yourself."
