A naturalist sailed across the ocean until she landed on a small island untouched by humans. The naturalist was excited, for she believed she could document all the life of the island, by herself. But as she began exploring the island, noting every species of tree, plant, insect, animal, and bird, the island grew and grew with each step. Soon, she realized she was immersed in infinity.
