The Polar Bear

One day a polar bear set up shop at a street corner and began to make ice sculptures. Passersby stopped to watch, and, as word spread through the city, hundreds of people came to the street corner, for no one had ever seen a polar bear sculpt before.

When the polar bear finished his sculptures, he received a good price for them, for no one had ever owned an artwork by a polar bear before. Eventually, people examined the sculptures and realized how beautiful they were. And, after months passed, there was still a crowd at the street corner. But they came to see the sculptures instead of our talented friend himself.
