One day a headless steel giant invaded Washington. Shoeshine Boy quickly went to a nearby phone booth, but pranksters were stuffing it with thousands of disposed-of cell phones. Shoeshine Boy asked them to leave, but they just laughed at him. So he went looking for another booth. Unfortunately for our hero, other phone booths were also filled with disposed-of cell phones. By the time he found an empty booth and changed into Underdog, it was too late to save those in danger.
